Motiv Dashboard Hub · last updated 2 October 2026

This policy explains what Motiv Dashboard Hub (hub.motivsports.com), an internal tool of Motiv Sports, does with information about the people who sign in to it.

What we collect when you sign in

We use Sign in with Google with the standard openid, email and profile permissions. From your Google account we receive:

• your email address, and
• your name.

We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts or any other Google service, and we do not receive your Google password.

How we use it

• To check that you are an authorised user. Other accounts are turned away.
• To show you the content relevant to your organisation and greet you by name.
• Where you add or edit something, to record your email address as the author of that change.

How long we keep it

Your name and email are held in a signed session cookie in your browser, which expires after at most eight hours or when you sign out. Our hosting provider (Google Cloud) keeps standard request logs for security and troubleshooting. Author records on edits you make are kept with those edits.

Sharing

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing. It is processed only by Motiv Sports and the cloud services that host the hub.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time, and you can remove the hub's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask about or remove information held about you, contact us below.
